謝謝8老師的解答。我們又問了一下民政局，在補辦結婚證的時候要填一個申請表，那個申請表上要填何時何地結婚的。

雖然補辦的結婚證上日期是現在，但那個申請表上有原來的時間。能不能我們把補辦的結婚證和那張申請表一起給移民局？然後做個說明證是補辦的，真正的結婚日期在那個補辦申請表上？
--Yes if the new marriage certificate indicates the marriage date is the original marriage date, not only in the application form. Document missing is very normal, so it works to get a duplicate from the original agency which issued it.

But had better also do the 婚姻狀況公證 if you have time.
