1. 他們的檔案在社區居委會。要居委會出一個證明， 然後我拿到美國來找專業翻譯公司翻譯？
-Probably it does not work because thus 證明 is not issued by the hospital where your parents were born (most IOs do not understand that most Chinese do not have the birth certificate issued the hospital, so I have seen many Chinese people received RFE for such birth certificate). So, it had better do the 公證 in China.
2. 用檔案到派出所出一個證明，然後到美國來翻譯？
-Same answer as Question 1.
這樣的證明能用嗎？移民局會接受嗎？
