8老師好！我是主申請人，提交485期間家人在國內，在提交最後期限前無法返回美國，我有幾個問題:
1，這一次能不能帶家人一起提交485？
-They have to be physically present in US to file I-485.
2，國內有沒有移民局認可的醫院?查到一個PDF是廣州領事館的，總共好像隻有四家醫院。
-They cannot do anything in China at this point.
3，如果這次不帶家人一起提交，如果後麵幾個月排期倒退，她們是不是就得一直等到排期到達Current?
-Right. If they can come back to US and the PD is still current, then they can file I-485 after you get your I-485 receipt.
