depend 材料到底應該交到哪裏？Chicago 還是 Phoenix/Dallas?

在Chicago的那邊寫的是：“Spouse or child of an immigrant who has applied for adjustment of status or has been granted Lawful Permanent Residence 
through a Family Sponsored Visa category that allows derivative status 
for spouses and children;”

但是我們這是employment-based的吧？

在Phoenix/Dallas的那邊有一條是："6. A pending or approved I-140. You must 
include a copy of the Form I-797, showing that your Form I-140 was accepted or approved."



糊塗了。麻煩8老師給個答複吧。 大大感謝。我真不敢再犯錯了，已經被批鬥一個早上了
