因為F1 reinstatement, 新的I20拖了很長時間才拿到，在此期間已經畢業了，因為拿到了新的I 20 才能申請OPT，以致OPT 被拒，信上說已經過了畢業後的60天，但可以在30天內reopen  the case.

請教8老師， 在此情況下，reopen the case 有希望麽？
-I don't think it is useful because it seems the denial is very reasonable due to late filing (more than 60 days after graduation).

學校說最好2周左右離境，想問是不是必須2周離境，能不能一個月左右，因為還有些事情要處理? 如果一個月左右離境會不會對以後入境有影響？
-Normally it is fine to leave within 30 days from the date the case was denied. You had better keep the denial notice and the departure evidences such as the airplane boarding card, entry stamp (on your passport) issued by the Chinese Customs officer. If necessary, show these evidences to the VO when you apply for the visa again.
