我父母2015年11月拿到綠卡，2016年5月3日回中國，馬上還有十天就在中國呆滿一年。

有什麽辦法可以不失掉綠卡。-No way unless there is a very uncontrolled factor preventing them from return on time (such as serious illness, nature disaster, etc.).
我剛才看了一下，我當時為他們申請綠卡的時候同時交了I-131表，但是當時填表沒有搞清楚，應該選Re-entry Permit，我卻選了Advance Parole.
-Reentry permit only can be applied after they got the green card. So, you did not do anything wrong.
