我朋友以AP入境後又交了新的140，140 表裏part 3-15.Current nonimmigrant visa 填啥？

-Your status is parolee

16.Date status expires填AP的expire date 嗎？
-Parolee status normally is for one year (check your I-94 online or the entry stamp on your passport for the expiration date). After one year, your status is "Adjustment of Status", i.e. I-485 pending. Adjustment of status is not a real status, and it is just a transition period from non-immigrant to immigrant.
