我一年前用Ｂ簽證來美國後申請EB１Ａ，同時收到了EAD和AP，我去年用AP回過國，也用EAD在美國工作。我孩子是Ｆ１ 身份來美國，作為副申請人也收到了EAD和AP，但是孩子沒有使用EAD和AP。我的１４０ 被RFE，所以我又交了一個新的１４０，新１４０ 已經被批準，所以我現在要為自己和孩子重新交４８５.
現在填４８５ 時有些地方不敢確認，請８老師指教。
１. Part 1裏current USCIS status 和Expires on
我填 DA, 有效時間按照I 94表填（1年有效）
我孩子填F1，時間填 D/S
請問8 老師我這麽填對嗎？-Yes.
２.Part 3 In what status did you last enter?
我填 DA
我孩子填 F1
對嗎？-You need to fill "Parolee", and you kid is F-1.
３.Part 3 Nonimmigrant Visa Number
我是填我以前的B簽證號還是直接寫N/A？-Leave it blank.
我孩子就填他的F1簽證號吧？-Yes.
４.Part 3 consulate where visa was issued Date Visa Issued
我填USCIS 和AP的批準日期？-Technically it does not apply to you, but it does not hurt you to fill the USCIS and the AP there. You had better provide the copy of your B-2 visa page and the entry stamp page also. I am not very sure whether you are qualifed to file a new I-485 because you do not have a legal non-immigrant status though you are legal to stay. You may consult an immigant lawyer. At the same time, after you file your I-485, you may also ask USCIS to transfer your pending I-485 to your new I-140 (I-485 interfiling).
我孩子全按照F1 簽證填？-Right.
