我是petetioner and supporter, 除了 I-864, 下麵幾個要求材料 (from document cover sheet) 我不是很確定:

1. Proof of Domicile:  我的水電帳單或銀行流水帳是否就可以?

-If you live in US currently, you do not need to provide such a proof.

2. Petetioner's Civil Documents: 這個我最不明白. 我已提供公民紙來證明我的 US Status (citizenship). 那這個Petetioner's Civil Documents 究竟是什麽?

-It means your birth certificate in your case.
