1）我兒子在大學讀書但不久就要換地址了。我想在他通信地址填我地址。但我和他不再一個城市住。會不會有問題。
-It is fine to use your address as his mailing address (put your name in "C/o" part of N-400), but he needs to put his real resident address in the "Resident Address" part in N-400.
比如，會不會移民局把要他按手印等的地點也安排在我住的城市呢？
-The interview will take place in the local USCIS Office near his resident address, not mailing address. Fingerprinting can be done in any USCIS ASC even if it is assigned to the ASC near your address.
2）附加材料中要不要包含兩張近照呢？說明書上講隻是申請人不住在美國要近照。可是我兒子住在美國所以不要照片,對嗎？-Right.
