我在美國申請的EB1A, 140 已經批準，我準備申請485. 最近收到移民局的信讓我交$345的簽證費，並且給了一個NVC Case Number。

-It is NVC, not USCIS sent this letter to you, right?

1. 這個是不是讓我去廣州辦理移民簽證呀？可是我人在美國呀。

-USCIS sometims make such a mistake.

2. 我可不可以忽略這封信，直接在美國交485呀？

-Yes. Just respond to NVC in writing that you will file I-485 within US, and ask them to stop processing your case there (not need to pay any fee to NVC). Then, file I-485 to USCIS as usual.
