還有一個問題成年子女的排期大約是8年，這8年期間孩子要一直維持F1身份在美國境內等排期到了轉身份嗎？

-Your child has to have a legal status (any status such as F-1, H-1) when he files I-485 within US a few years later.

還是排期到了必須回到國內遞交485？

-He also can apply for immigrant visa (visa for green card) in China if he does not file I-485 in US.

他畢業以後找到工作，從F1轉H1不用回中國申請簽證嗎？-He can change F-1 to H-1 within US, not need to go to China.
