請教8老師：我的I-140已於去年批準，請教將來審理I-485時 會再調查雇主的經濟能力嗎？也就是雇主2016年的Tax Return 淨利潤 要高於我的工資？     先謝謝啦！！

（我現在還沒有給雇主工作，準備遞485時加入雇主公司）

煩請8老師指點一二

-The employer need to prove the ability to pay from the date the PERM is file to the date you get the green card. USCIS may require the employer to provide the financial ability evidence any time such as finanicial statement, profits, etc.
