1 給父母申請綠卡， 遞交了I-130,要父母出生證明， 在國內當地開了出生公證， 現在收到回複說公證隻能算secondary evidence， 要我和我父母的 birth certificate,
hospital certificate, family household registry, family household register form, booklet issued by Province's health department regarding the birth.
有沒有人知道後麵這些具體是什麽文件啊？

3 母親I-94 06/07/2017 過期. 是不是我們隻要在這個日期前把綠卡申請寄出， 母親就可以合法的在美等待申請結果？-Yes. 還是我們必須要收到移民局的receipt number for the Green card application and confirm they have received it, 她才能在美合法等待？ 或是還有其他的條件？ 這個有沒有什麽標準呢？
4 在綠卡麵試時， 子女可以做翻譯嗎？-Yes.
