Documents I need to prepare are:
- letter to the consulate
- Invitation letter to my mom
- Form I-134
- Bank statement – two months
- Copy of my certificate of citizenship
- Copy of personal tax return – one year
- Copy of business tax return – one year
Also include Form I-407 to give up Green Card.
My questions are：
Are these documents enough?
Do I also need to provide a copy of my birth certificate and bank letter?
