剛剛拿到公民，想幫父母申請綠卡。母親已經在美國兩，三個月了，父親還在國內 （去年十二月初回國的）。 請問
1 是父母同時申請好還是無所謂。-Hard to say because your father is in China now.
2 是父母在美國境內比較好還是無所謂-Had better do it when they are in US.
3 如果父母來美後， 多長哦時間才能file I-130。 有人說必須等60天，不知道有沒有根據。-On law requires that, but practically the IO may think your parent has the immigrant intent before they enter US using B-2 visa (visa fraud) if they apply for green card too soon (e.g. < 60 days) after they enter US.
4 聽說新規定， 以後父母不算直係親屬， 不能申請綠卡了。 請問這個是真的嗎，-No.
什麽時候開始實行呢？
