按照您的建議幫母親填了表格，母親已經順利拿到了B2簽證，非常感謝。但是，母親在簽證麵試時沒有把I-407表格交給簽證官，她跟我說因為簽證官沒要，真心跟她急不起。我現在擔心她會否在入境時遇到麻煩。

-No problem. Normally after the I-407 approval, it is returned to her as the green card abandoment receipt/proof.

想請問是否要把407表寄到哪裏，還是來美國時帶著，如果入境移民官問起再交上去。

-If the Visa Office made any notes on the I-407, then just bring it with her and not need to show it to the IO at the port of entry when she come to US. Otherwise, if the VO did not write anything on the I-407, then just show it to the IO at the port of entry and tell the IO that green card has been abandoned. The IO may check it, but will not take this I-407 away because it is the proof of green card abaondment.

If your mother wants to apply for the green card again, she needs to provide the copy of this I-407 with her I-485 filing.
