尊敬的8老師：

1）. 3/3收到移民局來信，說在2/28我的結婚移民485被拒，是因為我failed to submit an original or certified of the arrest report, indictment, complaint, or other charging document, any plea agreement, and the court order disposing of the case.

2）. 2/8 interview, officer就說要提供原始文件包括incident copy and court discosing document, 讓我們RFE。

3）. 2/16 寄出RFE給移民局，包括律師證明信和一份incident report copy

事情的經過是這樣的：2011年3月，我被arrest for grand theft, 並打了指紋 ( 我是被生意合作人誣陷偷他的貨賣)。sheriff department detective 經過調查，這個案子是civil matter instead of crimal matter, 所以discharged， 所以也沒有上庭。 當時的case是我的律師幫我處理的，隻告訴我case discharge了，沒事了，並留給我一份incident report copy和一份律師證明信。

這次RFE，我們去找當時的警察局希望能得到原始或certified資料，但警察局說他們沒有我的資料，隻有當時負責case的detective可能會有。我多次給警官留言希望能得到文件，但是一直沒有回應。現在我怎麽辦才可以拿到移民局所要求的文件呢？移民局隻給了我30天時間做motion to reopen, 請8老師指點迷津，不勝感激！！

-I really have no idea how to get such documents if you cannot get it from the Police Department and the Court. You may try again from the Police Department and the Court. You may contact your lawyer who dealt with your arrest case at that time and see what his/her suggestions.
