1.拿到公民了， 立即開始給父母辦綠卡不會有什麽問題吧？-No problem. 要等幾個月再辦嗎？

 

2. 父母人在美國，B2簽證過期了4個多月，申請綠卡時，同時申請1-131 回美證， 綠卡下來前，是否可以用回美證回國一趟呢？ -Yes, they can not leave US if they illegally stay for > 180 days.
