  1. 想按您上次建議的幫我媽媽申請B2 簽證，同時放棄綠卡 交I-407表。我上移民局網站查了以下，好像現在隻要在網上填DS-160表，再upload照片就好了，是嗎？ 很久沒有申請B2 visa, 所以不太清楚程序了。-Check the US Consulate website in China for the B-2 visa application procedure and the documents required.
  2. 因為有可能不需要麵試，如果這樣的話，是不是就不需要填Form I-407-Need to provide the completed I-407 personally (face to face) to the VO at the US Consulate. You can make the appointment for the B-2 visa application, and then apply for the B-2 visa and abandon the green card at the same time.
