1，關於媽媽的出生公證，除了父母姓名別的信息戶口本上都有。但她父母已去世多年，戶口也已經注銷。沒有任何證明，應該去哪裏辦這個證明呢？

-Birth certificate must include her parents' names, palce of birth and date of birth. Ask local 派出所出具出生證明, then go to the 公證 department to do it.  Just tell 派出所 her parents' names, then 派出所 will put the parents' names on the 證明. Not need her parents' address and birthdate, etc.

2，單身證明，這個有離婚證原件，但是全中文。是否還是要翻譯公證一下？

-Show the 離婚證原件 to the 公證 department  and they will do everything for you including translation.

如果用2007年的離婚公證書，是否還會被要求證明最近10年的婚姻狀況，這個可怎麽證明？-Not need it.
