-Yes.

如果可以轉，原來B1/B2 簽證是否自動作廢？

-The  B-2 visa stamp is still valid. But if you use it to reenter US in the future, your status will be B-2 again, not H-4.

如果在美境內將B1/B2轉成H4會對綠卡申請有影響嗎？

-No.
