人住在加拿大，每天來美國上班，也可以現在申報I-485嗎？

-You need to stay in US to file I-485 and get the receipt, then you can leave US. Because your status is H-1, you don't need to have AP to travel to Canada.

排期早到了，但我因為人住在加拿大，沒敢申請呢。
