子女為父母申請綠卡，移民局提出要申請人在中國的無犯罪證明，但申請人已經移民到其他國家多年，在中國的戶口已經注銷，所以國內派出所隻給開了戶口注銷證明，不給開無犯罪證明，好像是2016年開始實施的新政策，那麽這種情況就成了誰都不管了，還有什麽方法能得到？急死了，怎麽辦？先謝謝答複，救命！

-It is your parents' 在中國的無犯罪證明, not yours. This document only is needed when your parent's finggerprinting fails if they file I-485 within US. So, your parents need to do ask the 國內派出所 to 開無犯罪證明, and then go to the Notarization Department/Company to do the notarization. Many Chinese like your parents have done the same thing, and it worked very well.
