我在幫我媽媽延期B2簽證。有些問題想請教一下：

1. 是不是隻要在I-94過期前fileI-539並在pending 狀態，就可以合法的呆在美國等批準。如果I-94過期後才收到拒絕，但立即就離開美國。這樣不算非法逗留， 對嗎？

-If the extension is denied after I-94 expires and her illegal stay will be counted from the date when the extension is denied, but if she leaves within one month after the extension denial, then it probably will have no negative effect on her future visa application and reentry to US. However, her B-2 visa stamp on her passort will be invalid even if it does not expire yet. So, she needs to apply for a new B-2 visa to come to US in the futrue.

2. I-539 form, part 1- 4.a "in care of name" 是填我的名字還是我媽媽的名字？-Your name.

3. 護照上進入美國是10/2/16. 但i-94上是10/3/16.在I-539上應該用那個日期？-Put the actual entry date.

    check this box if you were granted Duration of Status
    這個是什麽意思？是不是一般不用選？-Leave it blank. It is for F-1/F-2 or J-1/J-2.

5. 我可以提交我的銀行證明,還是一定要我媽媽的銀行證明？-You can provide a completed I-134 with the support document such as your employment verification, bank statement, etc. following the I-134 Instructions.
