請教8老師，等入公民宣誓通知信一個多月了

12月17日公民試完成，1月9號係統狀態更新為：

Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled
We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number NBC*xxxxxxx with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony. You should receive your notice within 30 days of its mailing date. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschangeto give us your new mailing address.

但到今天，我還沒收到通知信。請教8老師，不知道這正常嗎？
