1. 關於申請人的父母的信息, 我父母不記得他們父母的生日, 怎麽辦?

-Just put "Deceased" in the "Address" part and leave the "Birthdate" part blank.

2. 他們的父母都已去世, 還填 city and country of residence?-No. Put "Deceased".
