特朗普的新內閣還沒有完全敲定，入籍考試的時候移民官問到該怎麽答？

比如XXX還在提名階段，沒有被參議院正式通過。

應該回答此職位目前空缺麽？萬一此人剛剛通過參議院任命了呢？
