我來美國之前，在國內工作了8年，然後來美國讀碩士。現在畢業一年多，去年抽中H1B，employer在幫申請Perm.

去年在美國期刊發表論文3篇，以前在國內也發表了3篇論文。

想請教8老師，我是否可以申請 EB2-National Interest Waiver ?
