9. 不需要我現在填864表；-Correct. Need it in the futrue (10 years or more later).
10. 130 批準後，我們也不需要做什麽，再過若幹年visa available 後，我需要替他們全家每個人提交485 和填864表，對？-Right if they are in US at that time. Otherwise, they need to apply fo rthe immigrant visa in China at that time. So, you had better indicate in the I-130 that they will apply for the immigrant visa in China, thus they can choose to file I-485 *if they are in US) or to apply for the immigrant visa in China.
