剛開始，填表，就提醒了：

Type or pirnt"N/A" if an item is not applicable or the answer is none, unless otherwise indicated. 好像說不能留空， 沒有的就填N/A.

可是我直接在pdf文件裏填表， 很多地方，都沒法輸入N/A， 好像這個/在某些地方，不容許輸入，比如 OTHER NAME，

-Leave it blank in case the system considered your other name is called "N/A or None".

輸入/就不讓輸入， 提醒“enter alpha, spacea and hyphen characters only.

像這些地方，沒法直接在PDF文件裏直接填。 那麽這些地方，我是空著不填，還是必須填，我隻能打印出來，手寫填好？
