I am a Canadian working in US with working visa (TN). I am physically located in US territory and work for a US company. If a Canadian company offers me a short-term consulting work, and I can work remotely from US, do I need to obtain visa from USCIS?
-There is not such a visa available for you to work for a Candian employer when your work for a US employer with TN status. I have no idea whether you will violate the immigration law to work for a Canadian employer because I do not find the related immigration law about this kind of issue.
