8老師皮老師過年好！I-130填表問題

在奮戰130表，1.左邊的14 If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following: date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admimission.皮匠的答案是獲得綠卡的時間和地點，以及入境時身份。（如 "9/9/1999 New York, F-1"） 
對於地點我就迷糊了。我老公的綠卡是TEXAS SERVICE CENTER處理的。其地址是MESQUITE TX.這裏要填寫這種格式10/10/2016 Mesquite,TX, L1嗎？

2.右邊的14，If your relative is currently in the U.S., complete the following:

He or she arrived as a:(visitor, student, stowaway, without inspection, etc.).

我以L2配偶身份來美，這裏應該怎樣填寫？Dependent Visa? 嚐試了L2,但是新的表格這個項無法輸入數字。

19.Your relative's address abroad.(Include street, city, province and country)

我作為受益人現在在美國，這個境外地址應該用身份證上的地址還是在中國的最後居住地址？或者其他地址？但是21.If filing for your spouse, give last address at which you lived together. 這裏已經要求填寫最後居住地址了。對19項，請指教。
