申請公民時夫妻是不是分開申請？

-Had better send them in two separate packets in case USCIS mess up the documents.

孩子自動更換還是父母成為公民後再申請？

-The child will become a US citizen automatically after one of the parents becomes a US citizen if the child is < 18 at that time.
