2. 另外，向 nvc 網站繳費還是提交DS-260表時，要求一個beneficiary ID number，說是在NVC的 welcome letter 上能找到，但我仔細找過，沒有這個number 啊，是怎麽回事？謝謝八老師，多次麻煩您。
-This number should be in the paperwork you received from NVC. So, you need to check the invorce for DS 260 fee. If you can not find it there, you will be generating it upon payment of the DS-260 fee. You had better call NVC, first.
