請教群友，我是K1簽證入境的，當時申請綠卡時一起申請了回美證和工卡，但是唯獨工卡上的出生日期敲錯了
（痛恨得想揍自己，怎麽會這麽不小心）。前幾天收到工卡才發現問題，我寄了一張新的I-765Form給移民局，也許遞的移民局不是原來的那個，回信告訴我說不接受更改，因為他們沒有找到原本的材料，並且讓我繳費。
問題1：現在我收到了綠卡麵試的通知，再有半個月就麵試了。要求帶上所有移民局寄來的材料。現在這種情況下我還要不要去更正工卡上的錯誤信息呢？我怕來不及更正就到麵試的日子了。。到時候沒收到新的卡怎麽辦？
-The EAD is irrelevant to your interview or the green card approval. If you want to work before you get the green card, then just send this EAD back to USCIS with a new completed Form I-765 and explain what the error is in the EAD (also provide the copy of your birthdate certificate to prove your birthdate due to wrong birhtdate on EAD) , and request a replacement. You do not need to pay any fee because the error was made by USCIS, not you.
問題2：如果拿到綠卡，那麽這個工卡還有沒有用？
-Then, the EAD is void. You can use green card to work, no more EAD.
畢竟有效期隻是一年，如果沒有的話我可不可以不更新？
問題3：更正的費用就是重新申請的費用嗎？410刀啊！哭慘。。。我是base on I-485申請的，當時並沒有花錢。平白多花了400多。。。
