I am new here and don't know how to get started for my parents green card application (I am citizen now). They will come to the US with B-2 visa in March, can I apply right after they arrive?
Can I concurrent file I-130 and I-485 now? Would you please send a link where I can check this information? Not sure which column to check in the visa bulletin.
