在填表過程中,　遇到幾個問題--先謝謝8 老師!!!

Questions:

1. A #? 父母B2簽證，沒有A #, 是否空著不填？-Right. Leave it blank.
2. I-864:

• 是否父母各填一份, 各自為一次principal 和family member?-Correct, but don't put your mother's name there as your father's family member, vice versa, because these two cases are irrelevant each other.

4. Relationship to sponsor immigrant: 應該寫　女兒吧?-Correct.

12. Sponsor's A number:公民是否不填？　-Leave it blank.

Part 5:sponsor’s household size:

1. Provide the number you entered in part 3, item number 28:       2
2. Yourself                                                                                                               1
3. Spouse:                                                                                                                1
4. Dependent children                                                                                        1-Put "1" in Item# 6 of Part 5 to count both your parents into your household size.

Current income: 55000, 夠申請父母嗎?　Household size 5, 不想麻煩再填864A. 這個收入是稅前的. -Yes, it is much enough.

I-130:

1. Page 2:  22) complete the info if your relative is in US and will apply for adjustment of status.

____City____ State:

這個是否填寫在美住址對應的USCIS?   For example：chicago, IL

-Put the local USCIS Office address in your area there.

If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, He or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:

____City___ State___. 　這是否填寫國內住址附近的美國領事館？

-Put "Guangzhou, Guangdong Province" . The US Consulate in Guangzhou is the only one which deal with immigrant visa in China..
