我的上一個Reentry Permit將於4月20日到期，請問現在可以申請新的嗎？ 還是必須等到上一個到期前一個月才能申請？因為人在美國，馬上要離開一陣，現在申請可以嗎。謝謝8老師！！

-You only can file I-131 to apply for the renewal in advance up to 120 days before the old reentry permit expires.
