為父母申請綠卡問題 請教

在給父母辦綠卡，父母在國內。請教8老師和各位兩個問題：

1。我填的I-130 裏把父母結婚日子寫錯了，表格已經寄去並收到了回執。父母結婚公證現在要寄去。請問現在我應該咋辦？重新填一次Ｉ－１３０嗎？需要向ＮＳＣＩＳ如何解釋？

２。父母現在國內。請問在申請綠卡期間，在批下來之前他們還能來美嗎？　還上要等到批準之後才能來？
