叫我等，還說不要自己主動交I-693或任何其他材料（"DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS AT THIS TIME. Mailing documents before receiving one of the notices refereneced above may result in a delay to your case."）。等到16年都結束了還沒有任何動靜，正常嗎？
