我覺得我還是聽您的建議，重新遞交n400吧。
因為我當時N400選的是第二個選項：
You are at least 18 yrs old and have been a PR of US for at least 3 yrs..... and your spouse has been a US citizen for the last 3 yrs AT THE TIME of filing your N400."
USCIS的decision信件說：
... you confirmed that the information on your n400 and supporting documents was correct. The record reflects that your US citizen spouse had been only 2 yrs 9 mon 3 days on the date you filed n400....
那如果我要重新遞交n400的話，第31問
Have you ever given any US government officials any information or documentation that was false, fraudulent, or misleading?
1.我可以回答NO嗎？(可以? or 不可以？)
2.如果第二次麵試的時候IO糾纏這個問題的時候能不能這樣說？
第31問這裏指的是intentional cheating, 我上次是由於misunderstanding引起的，不是intentional cheating。

my wife got her green card since 18Feb2008, USCIS received her n400 on 20NOV2012, she passed her n400 interview on MAR2013, and become US citizen 19APR2013. AT THE SAME USCIS FIELD OFFICE!
