我的EB2進入遞交485以後排期倒退, 現在前進緩慢還在pending, 但是我太太的EB3綠卡申請上星期批準了,我們是分別獨立申請的. (她的485申請裏沒有申請我.我的485申請裏也沒有申請她,隻有孩子.) 今天我太太收到了綠卡. 我聽說可以申請把我們兩個的合並,我就不用等排期了.
有律師建議我辦綠卡申請家屬團聚,但是仍然有排期的問題.有律師建議follow to join,
對於我已經有了pending 485的情況又有點浪費了, 重新申請費用要好貴(移民局+律師費用按人算加上孩子的要好幾千了), 還要撤掉現在的485,感覺有點小題大做了.
聽有人說不需要follow to join就合並兩個case了. 問了幾個移民律師都說不知道怎麽辦.
請問怎麽辦理才能簡單快速呢?

Just write a letter to USCIS to request USCIS to do I-485 interfiling (I-485 relink), i.e. I-485 transfer from your I-140 to your spouse I-140 even if your spouse's green card is approved. You just Google I-485 interfiling or I-485 relink, then you find many sample letters or artilces. Although most I-485 interfiling cases are related to one person who has two I-140s, you are also qualifed for I-485 interfiling in your case. After you request I-485 interfiling, you had better call USCIS to follow up to make sure your I-485 interfiling is completed.
You need to provide the copy of your marriage certificate, and your child needs to provide his/her birth certiificate for I-485 interfiling.
