請問各位大俠:

在境內替父母申請綠卡調整身份, 準備i130和i485同時交。但父母沒有結婚證怎麽辦？

-Their marriage certificate is needed for your father's green card application. So, need to do the 結婚公證 in China.

已經有出生公證和親屬關係公證。
