我是去年9月給父母遞的材料，今年7月11號麵試。然後直到現在還是沒有消息。10月11號打過電話，說30到60天有消息。這馬上就60天了，網上還是fingerprint fee received. 我打算12月11號再打個電話，估計會再給60天。

我的問題是，他們這個過程已經超過一年，體檢早就過期了。移民局如果批了他們的申請，需要再體檢一次嗎？

如果他們持回美證回國，可以去廣州體檢嗎？

如果我想找州議員幫忙催一下的話，就直接給他們辦公室打電話嗎？

-Yes, but normally you need to complete a form. Check the Senator's website or contact his/her office in your district/city.

再補個問題，我已經幫他們申請過一次回美證了。一次用來從中國回美國，一次用來從墨西哥回美國。我還能再給他們申請一次嗎？

-Yes, no limitation on how many times. If it is urgent, they can go too the local USCIS Office to see whether they can get the emergency AP.
