請教，H1簽證， 準備employer sponsored 綠卡申請， 雇主已委托律師辦Perm, 請問， I -140 可以自己申請嗎， 還是一定需要律師， 因為雇主隻負責PERM， 其他費用（I-140，I-485）都是自己負責。 如果可行， 有什麽注意事項嗎？
-The I-140 has to be signed by the employer. If the employer agrees you to prepare the I-140 documents, and you can do it and ask the employer (HR Director) to sign it, not need the lawyer. But most employers may not agree you to prepare the paperwork. Of course, you can absolutely do the I-485 paperwork and file it by yourself, not need the lawyer, because I-485 is yours, not the employer's.
