緊急請教8老師485支票問題！

8老師：

我的綠卡申請材料被寄回，不知道是不是支票問題.他們的原話如下：

1.797C Notice of Action 要求All fee, including appicable biometrics fees, MUST be paid together for your application, petition, or requests to be accepted.

我之前寫了兩張分開的支票$985和$85. 應該隻寫一張支票$1070，對嗎？

2.返回的支票的pay to the order of 蓋有uscis的章 U.S. Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and immigration Service，我們寫的U.S. Department of Homeland Security，是不是按他們蓋章的寫？

正確的支票的pay to應該是U.S. Department of Homeland Security 還是 U.S. Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration Service?
