我申請弟弟一家移民，弟弟小孩實際年齡超過21歲，但CSPA沒超過。在我收到V fee invoice表，發現小孩沒列在裏麵時，按照您的建議，寫信給移民局請他們加入小孩，並附上小孩出身等證件。但移民局不搭理，
