Hi Professor 8:

When we submit I-485, are we required to submit paycheck stub? Is an employer letter, which demonstrates the employer's intention to hire, good enough to replace paycheck stub?

My wife may be out of work for 3 months without pay when we submit I-485. We are not sure if this short unemployment period will disrupt our green card application or not.
