您好！進來綠卡申請除了一些狀況出了一些狀況（上次的帖子 http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/immiusa/601504.html），現在和USCIS以及NVC弄清楚了。案子由於主要受益人去世被退回了USCIS，需要180天審理。目前準備正式提交文件申請204(I) relief。有兩個問題想請教您：
1. 我母親（主要受益人）去世，請問我姨媽（petitioner and sponsor）可以繼續作為我和父親（derivative beneficiaries）的sponsor嗎？網站上寫似乎需要一個substitude sponsor （因為我姨媽在法律意義上說已經和我們不是relative了）？
-It is irrelevant to "Substitude sponsor" because the sponsor (your aunt) is still alive.
2. 我之前已經填寫過DS-260上交給NVC申請麵試，不知道NVC會不會把這個表格也退回USCIS？鑒於現在主要受益人不在了，不需要一起麵試，請問現在能填寫I-485上交給USCIS along with application for 204(I) relief要求在美國轉換身份嗎？
-Because your mother passed away, USCIS needs to re-evaluate whether you and your father are qualifed for being the beneficiary. You had better hire a lawyer (at least consult) an immigration lawyer to help you for preparation for the 204 (I) relief.
